Materials Needed:
acrylic paints: provided.
brushes: three brushes... 1", 1/2", and 1/4"
pallette knife for mixing color
pallette to mix colors on (dinner plate will work)
canvases: 2 11x14" canvases, canvasboards or gessoed panels...
easels provided
Workshop Concept: This half day workshop will introduce the students to painting in the "Complementary Color" technique. Bernie uses this technique in many of his paintings to get what he calls... "a colorful vibration." Students will work along side of Bernie as they paint their own masterpiece in this style. Bernie's step-by-step technique is easy to follow at any skill level. You will be amazed at how easy it is to capture dynamic color in your landscapes. Sign up today... space is limited.
